This week in my letterbox…

This week I had a great mail week, so many goodies came through and it made for an exciting time!
First up… another win from Total Girl. A collection of The Marsh Road books, these look interesting!

Secondly movie tickets! Always seem to get movie tickets at least once a week! This week it was tickets to Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, I like Tina Fey so might go to this one!

Last win for the week was a $100 woolworths gift card!

Gift cards are fantastic to win and probably my favourite prize. I won this one from Obela dips, it was a creative competition and I really thought I wouldn’t win because I submitted my entry at the last minute and didn’t think it was that great. Here is my entry…
What do you think? I don’t think many people enter creative competitions but I rather enjoy putting a bit of effort in and using my brain!

Priceline is doing a cosmetic bag with purchase again so of course I had to get involved. I love when Priceline does these, it gives me reason to stock up on products i’ve heard about and get a few freebies in the process. And who doesn’t love something for nothing!
I’m really excited about trying the manga eyes mascara, Master scult contour setand the nude by nature primer!

This month Red Paw Paw is back, new people have taken over and it was a pretty good box!
I just tried the Oat Crisp cereal and it was yummy, and will be trying the coffee in the next few minutes! For the price of Red Paw Paw I thought this was good. I mean Women’s Health magazine alone is $7.99. My family love the Waterthins Twists as well so that it something we already purchase.

Was a fantastic week for my letterbox!

Let’s talk sexuality…

For my first serious post i’m going to get into something that I take very seriously and thats sexuality, not just lesbian, gay, queer but transgender, asexual… all in between and outside those lines.
Put simply, I do not care. I do not care whether you like ladies, men, ladyboys, boyladys, what the hell ever, it’s your decision and I am not here to judge you. I may have only had relationships with men in my life but if I liked a female so be it. I would go there. I have wonderful friends whom are lesbians and I love them dearly. I have had friends that have gone on to have hormone treatment and changed into the opposite sex. All the more power to them.
What I have a problem with is those people whom think it’s ok to judge, say it’s wrong or not what “god” wanted. Do you know “god” personally? Did he tell you it’s wrong? If you have such a problem I think you need to look inside yourself. To judge someone on something they didn’t choose, and no it isn’t a persons choice, is just plain messed up. Think to yourself, does someone elses relationship have anything to do with you? Does whether someone is male or female really change whom they are inside?
The answer to both those questions are no! No No No.

In my letterbox this week…

Another short week this week, so only 4 days of mail.
Firstly I think the world really wants me to see the Mother’s Day movie, another double pass came and a single pass. I have given them all to people whom will see the movie and enjoy it. A double pass to my neighbour, and a double pass and single pass to Dawn at Zion op shop, she’s a lovely¬† lady and said she’ll take her son!

Next up this huge box from booktopia came, I was not expected such a huge box. It was this very cool book on the history of skateboarding! thumbnail_DSC_0517

This healthy lunchbox guide came in the mail.
It’s a flipbook guide that details what should be eaten from each food group, even gives serving sizes.
Plus who doesn’t love food with cute faces!

Lastly it’s Mother’s day, So Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mother’s out there even the Mother’s to furbabies, feathered babies and scaled babies!

You ain’t got nothing on my mother though! She rocks.
